FSA ID – create for parent and student before you begin the FAFSA, may take a few days to receive
FAFSA – opens December of 2024; need FSA ID before you can complete the FAFSA; apply for financial aid for the 2025-26 school year which uses your 2023 tax information.
Federal Student Aid Estimator - provides an estimate of what federal student aid you may be eligible to receive
Loan Simulator - see your federal student loan repayments - helps you calculate student loan repayments and choose a loan repayment option that meets your needs and goals
Parchment Transcript Service - BSC Store Front - to send your BSC transcript electronically to a school outside of the NDUS (ex. UMary or out of state college)
BSC Official Transcript Order Instructions (by mail) - to send your BSC transcript by mail to another school outside of the NDUS (ex. UMary or out of state college)
Lake Region State College Order Official Transcript - Parchment Transcript Service - to send your Lake Region transcript electronically to a school outside of the NDUS (ex. UMary or out of state college)
National Student Clearinghouse – order official college transcripts to be sent to other colleges; payment is required so wait until your last semester college grades are posted before sending transcript(s) to your new college
WRT/BSC Sponsorship - for students attending BSC and pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Electronics/Telecommunications Technology, Computer Science or Advanced Digital Technologies

ND Career Builders – The 2019 North Dakota Legislative Assembly passed House Bill 1171, creating a skilled workforce scholarship and student loan repayment program aimed at attracting people into high need and emerging occupations in the state. The result is the ND Career Builders Scholarship & Loan Repayment program. The North Dakota University System (NDUS) and institutions across the state, along with agency partners including the ND Workforce Development Council, ND Commerce Department, the Bank of North Dakota, and Job Service of North Dakota are promoting this opportunity for students, employees, and businesses. The program targets the workforce needs of North Dakota with the goal of recruiting and retaining talent in skilled workforce jobs.
